Diabetes Support Group
The Diabetes support group meets once per month on the last Tuesday of the month. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a continual avenue for communication, education, and peer support after patients have completed the four diabetes classes of Causey's Diabetes Education Center. Pharmacy students from Xavier will be taking the lead on topics to be discussed during the session. Below are a list of previous topics. Xavier students are encouraged to develop new and innovative topics, although they may repeat a previous topic. All topics must be cleared by Dr. Boyd or Dr. Causey by the second Tuesday of the Month.
