Last Day of the Rotation

When the last day of the rotation you will be evaluated, complete an exam, and receive your grade.  In addition, you will be request to provide an evaluation of the preceptor and the rotation site.  You will provide your evaluation verbally to your preceptor.  Your evaluation will not affect your grade as it will occur after you received your grade for the rotation.  The purpose of the evaluation is two-fold.  First it will allow Causey's learning center to learn which aspects of the rotation your enjoyed and the portion you did not enjoy.  You will be asked to provide two things you liked and one thing you would like to see changed.  The second purpose is to teach pharmacy student to constructively evaluate a person in a short period of time.  Many pharmacists are placed in managerial position upon graduation and this experience allows you to prepare for evaluated technicians and fellow pharmacists.  Below, please find the form you can use for your evaluation.  PLEASE RETURN ALL BOOKS BORROWED AND READING ASSIGNMENTS NOT COPIED!
